火遍全网的“甘肃天水麻辣烫”火到了济南!
自3月8日济南首家“甘肃麻辣烫”小吃店面市以来,短短6天里,济南已有4家“甘肃麻辣烫”小吃店应运而生!
Gansu Tianshui Spicy Hot Pot is becoming increasingly popular in Jinan. In just six days since the first Gansu-style spicy hot pot restaurant opened in Jinan on March 8, four in total have sprung up in the city!

进店第一件事,先选菜——在店内冷柜中盛放着各种用签子串成的荤素配菜,按自己喜好选好后递给老板。各式食材在滚烫的汤底中烫熟捞出,加上点原汤和调料,再来一大勺灵魂的油泼辣子,就做好了。
The first thing you do upon entering the shop is select your ingredients. Various meat and vegetable skewers are displayed in the refrigerated cabinet. You can choose your preferred skewers and hand them to the owner. The selected ingredients are then cooked in a boiling broth, taken out, and served with a ladle of the original soup and seasonings. Finally, a generous spoonful of the soulful chili oil is added. It's now ready to eat.
在甘肃,每一家麻辣烫店都有自家的配方,再加上甘肃本就地域狭长,味道也是各有特色。陇东南一带的天水等地,麻辣烫红油放得多,可加汤也可以选干拌;再往北,张掖、酒泉一带,麻辣烫一般是用方形铁盘盛起来,汤少、酱稠。
将甘肃麻辣烫引进到济南后,济南大观园一带的甘肃麻辣烫店店主大成还根据济南人的喜好,做了些改变。“甘肃本地麻辣烫,基本以素菜为主。我们加上了一些荤菜,更适合济南人的口味,用餐体验也会更好一些。”大成说。
Da Cheng, the owner of the Gansu-style spicy hot pot restaurant in the Daguanyuan area of Jinan, made some changes, according to the preferences of Jinan locals. "The original Gansu-style spicy hot pot mainly features vegetarian ingredients, but we've added some meat dishes, which are popular in Jinan and will enhance the dining experience," he said.
